Say hello to today’s post-workout pancakes!

Anyhow, the recipe is crazy simple: it’s the one printed on the back of our Pow Whey Mix (pictured below). Plus the berries but those are optional (you can sub them with walnuts or chocolate chips if you don’t like berries or just leave them out and have the plain pancakes).
1 banana + 4 egg whites + 1/4 cup (30g) of the whey mix
Handful of berries (optional)
1. Blend everything except for the berries.
2. Add berries to your batter after blending.
3. Panfry on a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil or non-calorie cooking spray added to it.
Macros for all the pancakes (without berries as these are optional)
